HGV Class 1 Driver - Nights
Location: Eccles, Norwich, NR16
Shift: Nights, 4 on / 4 off
Start times: Generally 18:00-20:00
Pay: £17.25 per hour PAYE, with holiday pay accrued separately, or £19.61 per hour including rolled-up holiday pay
Recruitable Staffing Solutions is recruiting Class 1 Night Drivers for pallet network and trunking work based in Eccles, Norwich.
New passes are welcome, with onsite driver training and support available.
The Role
Completing night trunking between depots and pallet network hubs.
Transporting palletised freight, with routes including Enfield and Rugby.
Collecting and delivering trailers as instructed.
Completing vehicle and trailer checks and ensuring loads are secure.
Maintaining accurate paperwork and communicating delays to transport.
Requirements
Valid Category C+E licence, Driver CPC and digital tachograph card.
No more than six penalty points.
No IN, DD, DR, DG or similar serious driving endorsements, subject to licence checks.
A dependable approach and commitment to safe driving.
