Location: Bordesley Green East, Birmingham, West Midlands, B9 5SS

Working Days: Monday to Sunday (7 days a week)

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Shift Duration: 8 hours per day

Job Description

We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, and reliable Barista to join our team in Birmingham. The ideal candidate should enjoy serving customers, preparing quality coffee and other beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other hot and cold beverages.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service.
• Take customer orders and process payments accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the coffee preparation and service areas.
• Restock supplies and ensure ingredients and equipment are ready for use.
• Follow food safety, health, and safety procedures.
• Work effectively as part of a team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements

• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Friendly, positive, and professional attitude.
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
• Ability to work in a busy environment.
• Previous barista or café experience is desirable but not essential.
• Willingness to learn and follow workplace procedures.
