West Pharmaceutical Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager for a 12-month fixed term contract at our Waterford site. The role provides full HR partnering across recruitment, compensation & benefits, learning & development, health & safety, HR systems, labour relations and employee engagement.
The candidate will support senior leaders, manage payroll, drive HR projects, and lead training initiatives while ensuring compliance with Irish/EU employment law and West policies.
