are: Completing Class 1 store deliveries to retail locations Delivering ambient and chilled products Completing 1 to 2 store deliveries per shift Using tail lift equipment, including slide and tilt systems Using electric and manual pump trucks Conducting front-of-store palletised deliveries Occasionally carrying out trunking work and trailer swaps between distribution centres Completing all vehicle checks and paperwork accurately Delivering goods safely and professionally whilst maintaining excellent customer service standards Ensuring all deliveries are completed within planned schedules Essential Skills: To be successful as a

Class 1 HGV Driver , you will need: A valid UK Category C+E Driving Licence Ideally a minimum of twelve months' Class 1 driving experience Previous store delivery experience is preferred Experience using a tail lift Confidence using electric and manual pump trucks A maximum of six penalty points on your licence No DR, IN10 or CD endorsements A good understanding of safe working practices A reliable and professional approach to work Drivers with approximately six months' Class 1 experience may also be considered where previous store delivery experience can be demonstrated and Digi Card records show suitable driving experience.
