We're looking for a confident, energetic Sales & Brand Ambassador to represent a growing food brand across Costco locations in London and the surrounding areas.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys meeting people, starting conversations and turning product samples into sales. You'll be out on the shop floor, introducing customers to the product, bringing the brand to life and helping drive sales across different locations.

What you'll be doing

Approaching customers, offering samples and getting people interested in the product.

Promoting the brand and explaining what makes the product different.

Driving sales and working towards daily targets.

Setting up, managing and packing down your sampling stand.

Keeping the stand clean, organised and well stocked.

Managing stock and equipment.

Building positive relationships with Costco staff.

Recording sales figures and sharing customer feedback.

Taking ownership of your stand and working independently.

Travelling between different Costco locations as required.What we're looking for

You don't need to be a traditional salesperson, but you do need to enjoy talking to people and have the confidence to approach customers.

You'll ideally be:

Outgoing, friendly and confident striking up conversations.

Naturally persuasive, with a genuine ability to sell.

Motivated by targets and earning sales incentives.

Reliable, organised and happy working independently.

Comfortable standing for extended periods and being hands-on.

Interested in food, products and creating a great customer experience.

Happy travelling between different Costco locations.Experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, promotions, product sampling or brand ambassador work would be useful, but your personality, attitude and ability to engage customers are just as important.

What's on offer?

£25,000-£28,000 salary, depending on experience.

A four-day working week, Thursday to Sunday, giving you three days off during the week.
