Market Development Executive (UK) – Banking & Fintech

We are seeking a high-performing Market Development Executive (MDE) to lead our expansion into the UK market . This role focuses on driving new business opportunities for consulting and professional staffing services , primarily within banking, fintech and financial services clients .

You will own the end-to-end sales process , from defining the UK market entry strategy to closing deals, carrying a revenue target measured by both quality and total contract value .

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for the UK banking and fintech sectors .
• Drive new logo acquisition and expand relationships within existing accounts.
• Lead consultative sales of Kynaxis consulting and staffing services, positioning our brand promise: Get The Future You Want.
• Engage with C-level executives and senior stakeholders to understand business challenges and propose value-driven, data-led solutions.
• Organise client strategy workshops and lead large opportunity pursuits .
• Ensure delivery excellence and client satisfaction in collaboration with internal teams.

Requirements

• Proven experience in consultative sales and business development within banking, fintech or financial services .
• Strong network of contacts within the UK financial services ecosystem .
• Ability to shape strategic deals and design transformational solutions.
• Experience working with hyperscalers, data, analytics or technology partners is a plus.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with confidence engaging senior stakeholders.
• Fluent English required ; additional languages are a plus.
