<p class="text-muted mb-3">The Recruitment Crowd are currently recruiting on behalf of our well known and industry-leading client based in the Rugby area. We are looking for multiple HGV Class 1 Drivers (CAT C+E) to join the team.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">0 experience needed!</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">FREE Onsite Refresher Training offered to Newly Qualified drivers.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Hours: Days/Nights across Monday to Sunday with various start times available, average shift length of 12 hours.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Pay Rates:</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Monday - Thursday : £15.50 to £19.72</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Friday: £16.46 to £20.52</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Saturday: £16.76 to £21.91</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Sunday: £19.55 to £23.12</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Location: Rugby, CV23.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Job Type: Long term ongoing.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">The role:</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">· Trunking between depots, ensuring timely and safe delivery of parcels.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">· Collect parcels from well-known customers, including full trailer collections, drop and swap operations.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">· Handle occasional push roller cages as needed, assisting sites with movement when required.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">· Reversing in the yard and manoeuvring vehicles with precision, including shunting duties when required.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">· Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of assigned vehicle, ensuring roadworthiness and compliance with company standards.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">· Adhere to all relevant traffic laws, regulations, and company policies to maintain a high level of safety on the road.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">· Effectively communicate with dispatch and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries and pickups.</p>

<h5 class="fw-bold text-success mt-4 mb-3">Requirements</h5>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">· Full UK driving licence with Class 1 entitlement (category C+E).</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">· Valid and in date DCPC and Digital Tachograph card.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">· No more than 6 points on licence (minor offences only).</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">· Successful completion of assessment, including theory element which is two questionnaires based on drivers' hours and road laws and a practical element which will be based on yard reversing and a short driving test.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">· Full understanding of WTD legislation.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">· Excellent communication skills.</p>
