With the power of many curious minds, together we can solve the world’s most complex challenges and deliver more impact together.Role description:As a Senior Cost Manager in the property sector, you’ll deliver cost and commercial management for medium to large projects, collaborating with clients, consultants, and teams to ensure projects meet budget, time, and quality goals. We are seeking a technically skilled leader who is passionate about mentoring others and driving innovation in cost management.Role accountabilities:Manage cost planning and delivery for medium to large projects, ensuring alignment with controls and quality standardsSupport and mentor team members to build capability and share best practiceTake ownership of key project elements, manage resources, and meet deadlinesIdentify and escalate project risks, providing recommendations to ensure successful outcomesAnalyse data and documents to inform cost management decisions and drive service improvementCollaborate across teams and with clients, sharing technical advice and ensuring satisfactionApply industry best practices and contribute to process innovationBuild strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, supporting business growthQualifications & Experience:Proven cost management experience, ideally in residential projectsStrong leadership and mentoring abilitiesAble to manage projects from inception to completionSkilled in CostX or similar softwareDegree-qualified with relevant professional/chartered statusCSCS card holderDemonstrable ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and external stakeholders.Experience working within multi-disciplinary teams to deliver complex projects.Familiarity with current industry standards, regulations, and best practices.Why Arcadis?We can only achieve our goals when everyone is empowered to be their best.
