HGV Class 1 Driver

Our client, a well-established logistics operation based in Stockport, is currently seeking a HGV Class 1 driver to support their busy depot with multi drop deliveries. Applicants must be comfortable with some physical work.

Location: Stockport SK6

Shift Pattern:

  • Various start times
  • Flexible shift patterns

The Role:

  • Completing scheduled drops in a timely manner
  • Loading and unloading goods where required
  • Ensuring all deliveries are completed safely and efficiently
  • Completing all relevant paperwork and adhering to transport regulations
  • Representing the client in a professional manner at all times

Requirements:

  • Valid Class 1 licence
  • Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph card
  • 6-12 months experience as a HGV Class 1 driver
  • Strong understanding of driver hours and regulations
  • Reliable, professional, and flexible approach to work
