Site Manager

Job Title: Site Manager Commercial Re-Roofing

Location: Bridgwater, Somerset
Rate: £260 £280 per day
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: Until completion of the project expected end of October

We are currently looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a commercial re-roofing project in Bridgwater.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in commercial roofing and site management , with proven experience managing roofing works on commercial buildings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing the day-to-day running of the site
• Overseeing commercial re-roofing works and site activities
• Managing subcontractors and site operatives
• Ensuring works are completed safely, on time and to the required standard
• Maintaining site health & safety requirements
• Liaising with contractors, suppliers and the wider project team
• Monitoring progress through to project completion

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager
• Strong commercial roofing experience
• Previous experience managing re-roofing projects on commercial buildings
• Good knowledge of site health & safety
• Reliable and organised
• Available to start ASAP
• Able to commit through to completion of the project

Rate: £260 £280 per day, depending on experience.
