PREVENTIVISTA EDILE
La risorsa, che risponderà al direttore tecnico edile, si occuperà di preventivazione e di redazione di computi metrici estimativi, di gare d’appalto pubbliche, industriale e si interfaccerà con i responsabili di commessa e ufficio tecnico.
Principali responsabilità :
- Preventivazione nel settore edile
- Analisi delle documentazioni tecniche
- Redazione di preventivi
- Sopralluoghi presso i cantieri
- Stima dei costi e stesura dei computi metrici
- Valutazioni tecnico-economiche relative alle commesse in fase di gara
- Realizzazione e sviluppo della documentazione tecnica necessaria per appalti pubblici
