Group Parts Manager

We are recruiting for a highly experienced Group Parts Manager on behalf of a reputable client based in Portsmouth, Hampshire.

Managing parts departments across multiple locations to optimise stock levels and sales

Maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and OEMs

Monitoring KPIs and producing reports to track departmental performance

Overseeing stock control, ordering, and inventory management

Requirements of the Group Parts Manager

Proven experience as a Parts Manager or Group Parts Manager within the automotive industry

Strong leadership and team management skills

Excellent organisational and communication abilities

Demonstrable success in controlling costs and increasing sales

Knowledge of automotive parts and industry standards
