HGV Class 1 Driver Role

As a Class 1 Driver , you will be responsible for completing deliveries safely and efficiently using HGV Class 1 / C+E vehicles . Work will involve local and regional deliveries from our Crewe depot.

Duties of the Class 1 Driver include:

• Driving HGV Class 1 (C+E) vehicles
• Completing local and regional deliveries
• Carrying out daily vehicle checks
• Completing delivery paperwork
• Following drivers' hours and working time regulations
• Maintaining high standards of safety and customer service

HGV Class 1 Driver Requirements

• Valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence
• Valid Driver CPC
• Valid Digital Tachograph Card
• Previous Class 1 HGV driving experience xwwtmva preferred
• Reliable and professional attitude
• Good knowledge of UK roads
