Job Description & Overview
Gilligan Black Recruitment seeks an experienced Commercial Bid Manager to own a growing public-sector bid pipeline. You will drive the full bid lifecycle from identifying opportunities through strategy, pricing, submission and handover.
You will manage end-to-end bids, coordinating with Finance and Commercial teams on pricing and ensuring compliance across procurement portals. Site visits and meetings will be part of the role, with a focus on continuous improvement of tender processes.
