HGV Class 1 Driver

Winner Recruitment are recruiting an experienced HGV Class 1 Driver for a well-established Client based at their depots in Wetherby and Tockwith.

DAYS, NIGHTS & TRAMPING AVAILABLE

We are looking for an experienced HGV Class 1 Driver for our Client, we are looking for drivers to work out of their Wetherby depot and Tockwith depot, we are looking for day drivers, night drivers and trampers.

£17.00 per hour - £23.53 per hour

The role as a Class 1 Driver:

• Days
• Nights
• Tramping
• Occasional night outs
• General Haulage
• Pallet Network
• Curtain side & refrigerated trailers
• Strap & Secure loads correctly
• Drive a Class 1 vehicle safely and efficiently
• Follow Company policies and procedures
• Complete accurate vehicle checks
• Abide by Driving rules and regulations

As a Class 1 Driver, you will:

• Hold a valid UK Category CE licence
• Have a minimum of 1 year Class 1 experience
• Maximum of 6 penalty points
• No major endorsement codes (no CD, IN, TT, BA, DR etc)
• Hold a valid UK CPC & Digi Card
• Always maintain professional
• Be honest & reliable

Pay rates:

Monday to Friday Days £17.00 per hour (£19.05 per hour inclusive of holiday pay)

Monday to Friday Nights £19.00 per hour (£21.29 per hour inclusive of holiday pay)

Saturday £20.00 per hour (£22.41 per hour inclusive of holiday pay)

Sunday & Bank holiday £21.00 per hour (£23.53 per hour inclusive of holiday pay)

Nights out - £25 per night out
