Pepco Italy cerca un Referente di Punto Vendita per il nuovo store di Porto San Giorgio. Il ruolo prevede la gestione operativa e commerciale, la guida del team e il raggiungimento degli obiettivi di vendita.
Tra le responsabilità: pianificazione degli orari, gestione del magazzino, controllo KPI, supporto al cliente e supervisione della sicurezza. Offriamo contratto a tempo determinato di 12 mesi con possibilità di stabilizzazione, formazione strutturata e uno sconto dipendenti nei negozi.
