The Role

As a 360 Recruitment Consultant,

you will be responsible for:

• Winning new business and developing long-term client relationships.
• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy qualification through to placement.
• Sourcing, interviewing and placing high-quality candidates.
• Building and maintaining a strong candidate network.
• Managing existing client accounts while identifying opportunities for growth.
• Working towards achievable revenue and activity targets within a supportive environment.

• Previous experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant.
• A proven track record in business development and client acquisition.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
