Gloucestershire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Specialist Booking Officer, Band 3, in the Central Booking Office, working 24 hours a week with a Monday and Friday on shift. The role focuses on delivering a county-wide outpatient appointment booking service, ensuring wait-time targets are met and capacity is used effectively.
You will monitor referrals, manage waiting lists, and coordinate clinic capacity while maintaining patient-centered care and data accuracy.
