<p class="text-muted mb-3">Pay Rate: £19.28 per hour basic</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Hours: Monday to Friday- weekend working may be required</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">The UK and Ireland's leading provider of industrial, medical, and special gases requires a HGV Class 2 driver with ADR licence on an ongoing basis.</p>

<h5 class="fw-bold text-success mt-4 mb-3">Key Responsibilities</h5>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">•    Ensuring the road worthiness, safekeeping and cleanliness of the vehicle allocated.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">•    Completing daily pre-use inspection check sheet for the vehicle and any specialised equipment that may be needed as part of daily work.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">•    If necessary, operating special BOC equipment such as a forklift truck or crane for loading and unloading vehicles.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">•    Applying defensive driving techniques, knowledge of commercial driving regulations and roads to ensure the safe transit and delivery of cylinders.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">•    Delivering approximately 15-20 gas cylinders per day to customers in the area.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">•    Using safe cylinder manual handling techniques to deliver/collect cylinders to/from customers.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">•    Adhering to strict Health & Safety operations.</p>

<h5 class="fw-bold text-success mt-4 mb-3">Requirements for HGV Class 2 Driver</h5>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">•    Possession of a HGV Cat C ADR driving license </p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">•    A driver CPC is required.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">•    Adept knowledge of defensive driving and Driver Regulations, including HSA regulations.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">•    Ability to interact with internal and external customers.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">•    A high level of personal integrity would be advantageous.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">•    Must have a minimum of 2 years, for insurance purposes.</p>
