HGV CLASS 2 (C) MULTIDROP DELIVERY DRIVER

Location: Keighley, West Yorkshire

Job Type: Full Time

Division: Driving Recruitment – SWIFT Temps Ltd, Bradford Office

Pay Rate: £18.50 per hour

Average Hours: 48 hours per week

Working Pattern: 5 days per week, including Saturday

Alternative: Optional 4-day working week, including Saturday

THE ROLE

SWIFT Temps Ltd is currently recruiting on behalf of our valued client in Keighley for an experienced HGV Class 2 (C) Multidrop Delivery Driver.

This is a permanent opportunity with a well-established, family-run business. You will be responsible for delivering fresh milk and dairy products to customers across the UK, working on established routes and providing a professional and friendly service to customers.

The role involves approximately 10 deliveries per day, including deliveries to rural locations. Products are delivered using crates and roll cages, so this is a hands-on position requiring a good level of physical fitness.

Key Responsibilities

• Driving an HGV Class 2 vehicle safely and responsibly.

• Completing approximately 10 deliveries per day.

• Delivering fresh milk and dairy products to customers across the UK.

• Loading and unloading crates and roll cages.

• Making deliveries to both urban and rural customers.

• Completing delivery paperwork accurately.

• Providing a professional and friendly service to customers.

• Maintaining high standards of vehicle safety and cleanliness.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

The successful candidate will have:

• A valid HGV Class 2 (C) licence.

• Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph.

• Previous HGV Class 2 delivery experience.

• Good driving standards and a strong focus on safety.

• Good customer service skills and a professional manner.

• The physical fitness required for a hands-on multidrop delivery role.

• Flexibility to work Saturdays.

• Willingness to complete a standard DBS check.

Full training will be provided.

WHAT'S ON OFFER?
