h3Context and Purpose of the job /h3pYou will join the Fashion Design Team. As a Junior Designer, you will play a key role in conceptualizing and developing new sneaker collections that resonate with our target audience. /ppYou will collaborate closely with other designers to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality, functionality and style. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliResearch and analyze seasonal trends and moods /liliDevelop sneaker designs through freehand sketching and dedicated design software /liliCollaborate and exchange information with the entire design team to ensure consistency between the various product categories of the line /liliWork with the Collection Merchandising team to develop a collection consistent with the brand’s DNA and commercial needs /liliCollaborate with the Product Development team to bring the collection to fruition /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulliDegree in Fashion Design or Product Design /lili3 - 5 years of experience in a similar role /liliGood freehand drawing ability /liliExcellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Procreate /liliFluency in English /liliPassion for fashion and a strong interest in various forms of art, visual culture and creative disciplines /liliStrong sensitivity to fabrics and garment construction /liliStrong creative mindset /liliPrecision and attention to detail /liliExcellent teamwork skills /li /ulpThe base salary range for this position is 30.000 - 50.000 euros, CCNL Terziario, Distribuzione e Servizi. /ppWe promote diversity and inclusion in all forms, within a collaborative environment where your talent can flourish in the pursuit of a common goal: yours and our growth. /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
