Skayl recherche un juriste d’entreprise senior pour assurer le bon fonctionnement juridique de sa filiale française dans un contexte industriel. Vous conseillerez les opérationnels sur les contrats et appels d’offres, et participerez à leur rédaction en français et en anglais.

Vous validerez les contrats et règlements, contribuerez à des projets, et accompagnerez la mise en œuvre de la politique Compliance. Une veille et des échanges réguliers avec la maison-mère complètent ce rôle.
