<p class="text-muted mb-3">Newly Qualified Drivers</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Monday-Friday: £18.00 per hour</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Overtime (after 40 hours): £27.00 per hour</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Saturday: £27.00 per hour</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Sunday & Bank Holidays: £36.00 per hour</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Estimated Weekly Pay (40 Hours): £720</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Potential Annual Earnings: £37,440</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Experienced Drivers (Minimum 12 Months Proven Class 2 Experience)</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Monday-Friday: £22.00 per hour</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Overtime (after 40 hours): £33.00 per hour</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Saturday: £33.00 per hour</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Sunday & Bank Holidays: £44.00 per hour</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Estimated Weekly Pay (40 Hours): £880</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Potential Annual Earnings: £45,760</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">The Role</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Working as part of a professional waste and recycling team, you will complete residential refuse and recycling collections across the local area.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Duties</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Residential refuse and recycling collections.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Work as part of a three-person crew (1 Driver & 2 Loaders).</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Complete multi-drop collection rounds safely and efficiently.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Carry out daily vehicle checks and report defects.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Maintain high safety and customer service standards.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Work independently while supporting the wider team.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Regular assessments and inductions take place:</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Saturday – 08:00</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Monday – 08:00</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Tuesday – 08:00</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Wednesday – 08:00</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Immediate starts available following a successful assessment and induction.</p>

<h5 class="fw-bold text-success mt-4 mb-3">Requirements</h5>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) Licence</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Maximum 6 penalty points (minor endorsements only)</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Good understanding of Driver's Hours and Working Time Regulations</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Reliable, safety-focused and customer friendly</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Able to work independently and as part of a team</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Good communication skills with a flexible, can-do attitude</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Newly Qualified Class 2 Drivers are welcome to apply, provided you are confident completing blind-side reversing manoeuvres safely.</p>
