To plan, implement and supervise the provision of quality care, in conjunction with Service Users. To ensure Service Users retain their dignity and individuality. To be involved in the general activities of the Care Home. To maintain a safe and secure environment for Service Users, staff members and visitors.

Previous experience of working with the relevant Service User group

NVQ Level 2 in Care is desirable

Previous experience in a similar role

Experience/Qualification in the Safe Handling of Medicines is a plus

Summary

As a Care Assistant, you will be instrumental in providing high-quality care and support to residents, ensuring their well-being and comfort. Reporting to the Care Home Manager, you will utilize your supervising experience and leadership skills to oversee care plans and assist in daily activities. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with residents, families, and team members.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the care home.
• Utilize IT systems for record-keeping and reporting to enhance care delivery.
• Drive to various locations as required for resident activities or appointments.
