Saudi Aramco is seeking an experienced Senior Counsel to join the Joint Venture Development Legal Practice within the Project Development & Finance Law Department. The role focuses on structuring, negotiating, and documenting joint ventures and related financing transactions.
The successful candidate will lead legal activities across complex project developments, work with internal clients and outside counsel, and ensure compliance with international transaction standards in the energy sector.
