The aim is for our workforce to be truly representative and for each employee to feel respected and able to give their best. To this end, NHS Lothian welcomes applications from all sections of society. We will fully support disabled candidates, and candidates with long-term conditions or who are neurodivergent by making reasonable adjustments to our recruitment policy and practices.

Applications are welcome for the above fixed term, full time (40 hours per week) post based in the Western General Hospital.

This Clinical Fellow post is based within the Oncology Department and is primarily inpatient based covering wards 3/4/6/11/15 and the Cancer Assessment Unit (CAU). Working with the existing ward-based team (4x FY2, 1x CMT1, 2x GPST, 1x FY1 and 4x ANP) the CF will provide comprehensive care to patients with a wide range of oncological conditions both in elective and emergency settings.

In addition, this post has a 10-week placement within the Hospital Palliative Care team.
