Job Description & Overview
Lunn's Jewellers is seeking a Head of Operations to lead the store group's property, facilities and operational strategy in Northern Ireland. Reporting to the Directors, you will shape the capital programme, optimise governance, and drive customer-experience excellence across sites.
The role requires a minimum of 10 years in senior leadership in property/operations, NEBOSH or equivalent, and a track record of delivering large-scale improvements within luxury environments.
