Job Description & Overview
HealthHero Integrated Care is recruiting independent, autonomous Prescribing Clinicians to support our Out-of-Hours Urgent Care across Shropshire, Telford & Wrekin. Roles include face-to-face shifts at Primary Care Centres in Shrewsbury, Telford, Bridgnorth, Ludlow and Whitchurch, plus mobile home visits and regional triage from the Head Office.
Working from our Telford HQ, you will join a multidisciplinary team to deliver safe, timely care, with senior clinician support available remotely
