Creative Milkshake, a remote‑first performance creative agency, is expanding its Amsterdam studio as we scale with high‑volume, social‑first content for leading DTC brands. You will ensure the creative quality bar, review edits, and provide precise direction to editors and designers to drive performance.
You’ll work with a tight team, offering hands‑on creative feedback, developing checklists and guides, and collaborating across shoots and post‑production.
