<p class="text-muted mb-3">About the Role</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">We are looking for reliable and safety-conscious HGV Drivers / Crew Leaders to join the team. The role involves operating heavy goods vehicles, carrying out daily vehicle safety checks, leading a small crew and delivering a high-quality service to residents.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">You will be working in a physically demanding environment and must be comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions, including early mornings, evenings and weekends.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Valid Category C (HGV Class 2) driving licence and Driver Qualification Card (CPC) – essential.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">3.5-tonne to 7.5-tonne driving experience is also required.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Experience carrying out vehicle safety checks and basic maintenance to ensure vehicles remain legally roadworthy.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Good understanding of health and safety procedures and road safety when working in traffic and public environments.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Experience or ability to lead a small crew, provide clear instructions and manage daily performance.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Competent using in-cab systems, electronic devices and software to record service delivery, incidents and relevant information.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and interact professionally with members of the public.</p>
