<p class="text-muted mb-3">Working Hours </p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">42 hours guaranteed, with overtime paid after 42 hours at £23.46</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Night Shift Class 1 - 8 pm</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Class 2 Days- 9:30 am</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">About the RoleAs a Whistl HGV Driver, you’ll be responsible for transporting goods on pre-planned, designated routes. We operate a collection and injection to carrier model, giving you a more structured and predictable day.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">You’ll be representing the Whistl brand, delivering exceptional service with every journey and helping ensure our customers’ goods arrive on time and in perfect condition.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">As an HGV Driver at Whistl, you will:</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Operate and maintain HGV vehicles safely and efficiently.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Ensure the timely and secure delivery of goods to designated locations.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation accurately and promptly.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Provide exceptional customer service,</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Adhere to all relevant traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance or safety issues.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Weekend Working Allowance: Up to £200/month for weekend shifts as part of your contractual schedule</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">6th Shift Incentive: Additional shift paid at 1.75x your basic rate</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Night Shift Allowance: 15% extra pay for hours worked between 10 pm and 6 am</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Driver CPC Renewal training undertaken in-house at no cost to you</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">To excel in this role, you should possess:</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">A valid Class 1 (Cat C+E) - Class 2 (Cat C) licence</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">CPC (Certificate of Professional Competence) qualification (the cost of renewals required during employment will be covered by Whistl)</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Digital tachograph card</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Excellent driving record with no major violations or accidents and a strong knowledge of traffic laws and regulations</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Ability to handle physical demands</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Good communication skills to quickly understand instructions and liaise effectively with colleagues and customers</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Exceptional time management and organisational skills</p>
