Le Bassin de Pompey recrute un responsable Santé, Sécurité et Qualité de Vie au Travail (QVCT) au sein de la Direction des Ressources Humaines. Vous piloterez la politique Santé au travail, suivrez l’absentéisme et les accidents, et conseillerez l’autorité territoriale et les managers.
Vous assurerez l’élaboration et le suivi du DUERP, la prévention des risques, et la communication sur la sécurité. Le poste nécessite une formation Bac+3 minimum et une expérience confirmée en collectivité, avec
