Sales Support & Customer Service Administrator

Morgan McKinley is looking for an experienced Sales Support - Customer Service Administrator to work for a well established business based just outside of Horsham, West Sussex. The Sales & Customer Service Support job role is ideal for an experienced Customer Service professional to provide excellent customer service at all times and be the first point of contact for all incoming enquiries as well as sales support admin, qualifying customer orders etc.

Salary: up to £32K

Location: Office based - Partridge Green. Own transport required due to location

Hours: 8.30am-5.30pm Mon-Fri

Customer Service Admin duties:

Act as the first point of contact for all incoming customer enquiries

Process customer information and qualify the call / order, what the customer is looking for etc.

Keep customers updated on what will happen next with their enquiry / order

Update the systems with the enquiry / order information

Maintain strong customer service and answer calls in a timely mannerSkills and experience:

Proven experience working in a similar customer service - sales support type role ideally within the manufacturing, construction, or engineering sector

Highly organised and attention to detail

Good IT skills
