<p class="text-muted mb-3">We're looking for an enthusiastic HGV Technician to join the team in Preston.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">This is a unique permanent days role working a 3.5-day week (Sunday-Wednesday), offering a fantastic work-life balance. You'll be responsible for the maintenance and repair of a variety of commercial vehicles and trailers in a professional workshop environment with excellent personal development opportunities.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Undertake maintenance, diagnostics, and repair activities on commercial vehicles and trailers.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Complete all associated paperwork and procedures for warranty, contract, and retail work.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Carry out preventative maintenance to a high standard.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Work methodically to diagnose faults and implement permanent repairs.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">What You'll Need</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">A recognised Level 3 qualification in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance (NVQ/City & Guilds) is essential.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Proven experience in the diagnosis, servicing, and repair of commercial vehicles.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">A full UK driving licence (HGV licence is preferred but not essential).</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">An organised, methodical approach and strong problem-solving skills.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">The ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.</p>
