HGV Technician – Aberdeen £45,000 – £53,500 per annum + overtime | Early/Late Rota | 40 Hours + Saturday Morning Overtime We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading commercial vehicle business for an experienced HGV Service Technician to join their established depot in Aberdeen on a full-time, permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified and experienced HGV Technician looking to join a professional workshop environment, working with a respected business and a wide range of heavy commercial vehicles. The Role As an HGV Service Technician, you will be responsible for carrying out servicing, maintenance, inspections, diagnostics and repairs to a high standard, ensuring vehicles are safe, reliable and compliant. Your duties will include: Carrying out servicing, maintenance, inspections and repairs on HGVs and commercial vehicles Interpreting job cards and repair orders and completing work in line with instructions Diagnosing and reporting vehicle faults accurately Carrying out testing and identifying any additional work required Recording all work completed and tests undertaken accurately Keeping your allocated workshop area clean, safe and organised Keeping up to date with the latest technical information and attending relevant training Working efficiently to meet workshop targets and deadlines Supporting colleagues and contributing positively within a small, experienced team Maintaining a high standard of customer service and professionalism at all times You should have: Previous experience working with
