<p class="text-muted mb-3">We’re looking for an experienced HGV Technician to join an independent commercial vehicle workshop in the Walton-on-Thames area.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">This is a proper hands-on role for someone who enjoys fixing trucks, solving problems and occasionally wondering why someone thought a particular component needed to be hidden in the most inaccessible place possible.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">You’ll be joining a small team of three in a well-equipped workshop, working predominantly on HGVs, with the occasional LCV and fleet car thrown into the mix.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">The Role</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">You’ll be carrying out general repairs, servicing and maintenance across a varied HGV workload.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">The workshop has two pits and all the equipment you’d expect, so you’ll have what you need to get the job done properly. You’ll need to bring your own hand tools, as any decent technician would probably refuse to leave home without them anyway.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">The work is varied; the team is small and there’s plenty of opportunity for overtime if you fancy adding a few extra quid to the payslip.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">And yes, there will probably be the occasional job where the customer says, “It’s only making a little noise.”</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">We all know how that one ends.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">What We’re Looking For</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">We’re looking for an experienced HGV Technician who knows their way around a truck and can diagnose a problem without resorting to the traditional “give it a wiggle and see what happens” method.</p>
