<p class="text-muted mb-3">Weekday & Saturday overtime paid at 1.5x</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Sunday & Bank Holiday overtime paid at 2.0x</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">The role of HGV Technician / HGV Mechanic / Truck Mechanic</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">As an HGV Technician / HGV Mechanic / Truck Mechanic, you'll be responsible for the inspection, servicing, maintenance and repair of a varied municipal fleet, including:</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Mercedes</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Renault</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">DAF</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Volvo</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">DennisYou'll be carrying out preventative maintenance, fault finding, diagnostics and mechanical repairs, helping keep the fleet safe, reliable and operational.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">What we're looking for from the HGV Technician / HGV Mechanic / Truck Mechanic</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Level 3 qualification preferred – NVQ / C&G / IMI</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Level 2 qualified technicians will also be considered</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Previous experience working on HGVs / commercial vehicles</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Class 1 or Class 2 licence required</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">IRTEC qualification desirable</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Able to work independently and as part of a busy workshop teamThe big attraction</p>
