About the Role

As a Teacher,

you will be responsible for creating engaging and inclusive learning experiences that support pupils to reach their full potential. You will have the opportunity to work across a variety of school settings, gaining valuable experience while making a real difference to children's education.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and deliver engaging, creative and effective lessons.

Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

Support pupils with their learning and development.

Assess and monitor pupil progress.

Build positive relationships with pupils, colleagues and parents/carers.

Follow school policies and safeguarding procedures.

Adapt your teaching to meet the individual needs of pupils.

We’re Looking For

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

ECTs are very welcome to apply.

A genuine passion for teaching and supporting children's development.

Strong classroom management and communication skills.

The ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff.

A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
