<p class="text-muted mb-3">We are seeking an experienced and skilled HIAB Driver to join our logistics team.  The HIAB Driver will be responsible for operating a truck with an integrated hydraulic crane to deliver and unload goods, ensuring the safe and efficient handling of materials. The ideal candidate will have experience in operating HIAB cranes, possess a valid driver's license, and be committed to health and safety standards.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Operate HIAB: Safely operate a lorry equipped with a HIAB crane to load, unload, and transport various types of goods, including building materials, machinery, and heavy items.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Vehicle Safety & Maintenance: Ensure that the vehicle and equipment are maintained in good working order, reporting any issues or defects promptly. Perform daily checks on the vehicle and HIAB crane before starting work..</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Route Planning & Navigation: Plan routes and schedule deliveries effectively to meet deadlines while considering traffic conditions, road restrictions, and vehicle size limits.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Load Securing: Ensure that all loads are secured properly and safely, following the relevant load-securing guidelines to prevent damage or accidents during transit.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Compliance with Regulations: Adhere to all legal</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Customer Interaction: Provide a professional and courteous service when interacting with customers, drivers, and site staff, maintaining a positive company image.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Site Health & Safety: Conduct site risk assessments to ensure the safety of yourself, your colleagues, and any members of the public. Follow safe practices when operating the crane and managing the delivery.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">  What we need from you:</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Valid HIAB Licence: Must hold a valid and current HIAB licence (CPCS or equivalent).</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Valid UK Driving Licence: Must have a full UK driving licence (C+E or C category). A clean driving record is preferred, with no major endorsements.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Driver CPC Qualification: Must have a valid Driver Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC), ensuring compliance with the driver hours regulations and ongoing professional development.</p>
