<p class="text-muted mb-3">Hours: Monday to Friday-14:00-21:30 Are you an experienced  HLOP driver or VNA looking for a new opportunity in a supportive and dynamic environment? We are currently recruiting for a skilled and safety-conscious individual to join our growing team in Central Birmingham.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">What You'll Be Doing:</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">As a VNA Driver:</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">"               MUST HAVE A VALID LICENCE.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">"    Safely operating Very Narrow Aisle (VNA) equipment within racking systems.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">"    Accurately retrieving and relocating stock within tight aisle spaces.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">"    Supporting inventory checks and replenishment of stock.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">"    Following all health and safety procedures to maintain a secure working area.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">As a High-Level Order Picker:</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">"    Operating HLOP equipment to pick stock from high storage locations.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">"    Ensuring accurate and efficient picking and packing of customer orders.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">"    Maintaining cleanliness and order in your working area.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">"    Complying with all warehouse safety protocols.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">What We're Looking For:</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">"    Previous experience using VNA or HLOP equipment (essential).</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">"    In-date, accredited licence or certification for VNA and/or HLOP operation.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">"    A good eye for detail and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">"    Team player with a positive attitude and strong communication skills.</p>
