What you’ll do

Take ownership of BIM and Revit processes, shaping them with your ideas and expertise. You’ll manage a team of five, including three junior AutoCAD technicians, guiding them through training and development.

Oversee workload planning and ensure deadlines are met, giving you valuable experience in project and people management.

What you’ll need

Strong M&E Revit experience, giving you the technical foundation to lead others

At least five years in building services, so you understand the bigger picture and how teams work together
