Home Removals Technician

<p class="text-muted mb-3">We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused Home Removals Technician to join our growing team in Northampton.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">This is a hands-on role where</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">you will play a key part in delivering a professional and seamless moving experience for our customers.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Working as part of a motivated team, you’ll ensure the safe handling, loading, and transportation of customers’ belongings while maintaining exceptional service standards at all times.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">£13.50 p/h DOE (Approx £28k per annum)</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Overtime paid after 40 hours </p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">25 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays (33 days total) </p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Full on-the-job training provided</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3"> Working Hours</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">40 hours per week </p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Typically 07:30 – 16:30 (1-hour lunch included) </p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">5 days out of 7 (Monday–Sunday rota) </p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Weekly rotas provided in advance (may vary depending on site) </p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Weekend shifts on a rotational basis</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Safely load and unload vehicles or storage containers </p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Handle customers’ belongings with care and professionalism </p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Deliver exceptional customer service during every interaction </p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Follow all company procedures, standards, and safety regulations </p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Maintain high standards of discipline, workmanship, and safety </p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Work to agreed schedules and ensure service expectations are met </p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Support and guide team members where required</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">To be successful in this role, you will:</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Have excellent spoken English and be both literate and numerate</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Hold a full UK driving licence</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Have a strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Take great care when handling customers’ possessions</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Be reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3"> You will ideally also have:</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Experience delivering high-quality customer service</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">The ability to work from plans/drawings and instruct others accordingly</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">A clear understanding of company standards relating to discipline, workmanship, and safety (including accident reporting)</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations and experience conducting risk assessments</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Experience in office or commercial removals (desirable but not essential)</p>
