We are looking for an experienced GCP Senior Pre-Sales Architect in our Engineering practice in Poland who combines deep technical expertise with hands-on delivery experience in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) with strong customer-facing and business development capabilities. This role spans the entire customer lifecycle, from solution discovery and pre-sales engagements through architecture design, implementation, migration, and successful project delivery.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing and implementing enterprise-scale cloud solutions on Google Cloud Platform, leading customer engagements, supporting sales pursuits, and driving successful cloud transformation programs.

Required Qualifications:

·8+ years of experience in cloud architecture, infrastructure design, and enterprise application architecture.

·Extensive hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

·Experience preparing technical proposals, statements of work, presentations, and commercial offers.

·Proven track record of designing and implementing production-grade cloud solutions on GCP.

·Strong expertise in both:

oInfrastructure Architecture

oApplication Architecture

·Proven experience in pre-sales, solutions consulting and delivery of larger-scale cloud transformation projects.

·Hands-on experience implementing enterprise solutions, bot on infrastructure and application levels, on GCP in production environments.

·Experience acting as Solution Architect, Lead Architect, Technical Lead, or Cloud Architect during project delivery.

·Strong understanding of cloud migration methodologies and modernization frameworks.

·Experience managing technical and business stakeholders throughout project implementation phases, managing project risks, architecture decisions, and stakeholder expectations.

·Ability to balance strategic architecture responsibilities with hands-on technical involvement when required.

Technical expertise:

The successful candidate will demonstrate experience in:

·Cloud-native, hybrid and multi-cloud architectures

·Application modernization and cloud-native transformation initiatives.

·Cloud development expertise with ability to design Cloud, GCP application architectures

·Microservices and container platforms

·Kubernetes and container orchestration

·DevOps and GitOps practices

·CI/CD pipelines

·Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred)

·Security, compliance, and governance frameworks

·Enterprise integration patterns and API-driven architectures

·Leading end-to-end cloud adoption and migration programs.

·AI/GenAI platform implementation and operationalization using Vertex AI and Gemini.

·Delivering measurable business outcomes through cloud and AI transformation initiatives.

Your future role As a GCP Senior Pre-Sales Architect , you will play a key role in helping our customers design and execute their cloud transformation journey on Google Cloud Platform. You will combine deep technical expertise with strong business acumen and customer-facing skills, working closely with customers, sales teams and engineering teams throughout the entire project lifecycle.Key Responsibilities:

·Work closely with GCP alliance leader, industry leaders and account executives to engage with customers to understand their business challenges, strategic objectives, and technical requirements.

·Lead discovery sessions, workshops, and architecture discussions with technical and business stakeholders.

·Design end-to-end cloud solutions leveraging Google Cloud Platform services.

·Lead cloud transformation initiatives from solution conception through implementation and production deployment.

·Act as the technical lead or chief architect for GCP projects.

·Provide architectural governance throughout project execution and ensure alignment with customer requirements and best practices.

·Guide delivery teams in implementing cloud-native architectures, migration programs, and modernization initiatives.

·Participate in project planning, risk assessment, and technical decision-making.

·Support customers throughout implementation, testing, cutover, and go-live phases.

·Conduct architecture reviews, design authority meetings, and technical quality assurance activities.

·Mentor engineers, cloud consultants, and project teams on GCP technologies and architecture best practices within Engineering team.

·Collaborate with project managers and delivery leaders to ensure successful project execution, timelines, quality, and customer satisfaction.

·Drive adoption of Cloud native applications development, DevOps, Platform Engineering, FinOps, and Cloud Governance best practices throughout project lifecycles.
