About the HR Administrator Role

As an HR Administrator, you will provide effective administrative support across a range of HR processes, ensuring employee records and documentation are maintained accurately and confidentially. You will work closely with colleagues and managers, providing a professional and efficient HR administration service.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for an experienced HR Administrator who has:

Previous experience working in an HR Administrator or similar HR role

Strong knowledge of HR administration processes

Excellent organisational and administrative skills

High attention to detail and accuracy

Experience handling confidential and sensitive employee information

Good communication and interpersonal skills

The ability to work effectively in a busy, fast-paced environment

A professional, proactive and reliable approach

Key Responsibilities

The successful HR Administrator may be responsible for:

Providing day-to-day HR administrative support

Maintaining accurate employee records and HR documentation

Assisting with HR processes and procedures

Supporting employees and managers with HR-related queries

Preparing HR documentation and correspondence

Ensuring information is recorded accurately and confidentially

Providing general administrative support to the HR function
