HR Advisor

<p class="text-muted mb-3">We are seeking an experienced and confident HR Officer to join one of our leading Leeds based clients. You will help drive effective, legally compliant, and people-focused practices across multiple sites.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">This is a generalist role covering Employee Relations, Recruitment, Polices and Procedures - and you will support across exciting projects. A varied and fast paced role.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Ideally you will come from a manufacturing or retail background.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Working proactively to build relationships with management, guiding and coaching within all areas of HR.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Employee Relations throughout the business, HR policies and processes in addition to having an engagement focus</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Responsible for key HR projects</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Talent Management: succession planning, recruitment, L&D projects - coaching and mentoring</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Responsible for managing absence, sickness and looking at staff attendanceSkills & Experience:</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">CIPD Level 5 qualified or 4+ years hands on experience within a decision-making HR role</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Driving Licence</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Proven experience with managing Employee Relations</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Experience of relationship building and challenging situations with the right approach, to ensure a satisfactory resolution</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Strong coaching and leadership skills</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Superb communication and organisational skills</p>
