<p class="text-muted mb-3">Are you an experienced HR Advisor looking for more autonomy, variety and the opportunity to make a genuine impact within a growing business?</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Blusource Recruitment is exclusively partnering with an established international organisation employing over 500 people across the UK to recruit an experienced HR Advisor.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">This is an exciting opportunity to join a developing HR function, working closely with managers across multiple sites to provide practical advice, build strong relationships and help shape how HR supports the business.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">You'll have the freedom to manage your own workload, influence improvements and become a trusted HR partner to the teams you support.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">The Role</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Providing proactive HR advice and support across 3–4 operational sites</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Managing employee relations matters, including disciplinary, grievance, absence and performance issues</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Coaching managers to build confidence and improve people management</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Supporting the development of HR policies, benefits, systems and processes, including HiBob</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Helping implement people initiatives and improve employee engagement</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Working closely with the UK HR lead to deliver HR priorities</p>

<h5 class="fw-bold text-success mt-4 mb-3">About You</h5>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Experienced HR Advisor, Senior HR Advisor or HR generalist</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Strong employee relations experience and UK employment law knowledge</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Confident advising, coaching and influencing managers</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Comfortable working independently and travelling between sites</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Proactive, approachable and commercially minded</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Experience in a multi-site environment or using HiBob would be advantageous, although not essential. Practical HR experience is valued above formal qualifications, so CIPD is not essential.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">What's on Offer?</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">A competitive £40,000–£46,000 salary plus car allowance, genuine autonomy and the opportunity to help shape a developing HR function.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Initially more office-based in Nottinghamshire, the role will offer increasing flexibility between office working, home working and site visits as the team becomes established.</p>
