<p class="text-muted mb-3">We're looking for an experienced International Logistics / Shipping Coordinator who is proactive, hands-on and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where they can make a real difference.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of international import and export logistics, coordinating shipments by sea freight, air freight and road, while working closely with Production, Warehouse, customers and international freight partners.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">What you'll be doing</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Coordinating international imports and exports across the US, Australia, Europe and China.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Arranging sea freight, air cargo and road freight with freight forwarders and logistics providers.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Managing the end-to-end shipping process from order readiness through to final delivery.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Preparing and checking export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists and shipping documentation.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Liaising with freight forwarders, shipping agents, carriers, customs contacts and overseas customers.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Ensuring shipments are booked correctly and dispatched in line with customer</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Working with Production and Warehouse teams to coordinate collection dates, shipment readiness and despatch priorities.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Checking orders and shipping information for accuracy, including quantities, weights, dimensions, delivery addresses and documentation</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Tracking shipments and proactively managing delays, exceptions and delivery issues.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Supporting the smooth flow of imports from China and Europe.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Identifying opportunities to improve processes, streamline shipping administration and manage freight costs and transit times.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Maintaining accurate shipping, booking and delivery records.</p>

<h5 class="fw-bold text-success mt-4 mb-3">About you...</h5>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">We're looking for a Doer - someone who takes ownership, communicates well and enjoys finding solutions.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">You'll need:</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">You'll ideally have experience in international logistics, shipping, freight forwarding, import/export or supply chain, with experience of international shipments by sea and/or air</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Experience working for a freight forwarder would be highly advantageous</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Knowledge of export documentation and international shipping processes</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Experience with commercial invoices, packing lists and export documentation</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Confidence communicating with freight forwarders, carriers and international contacts</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">The ability to manage multiple shipments and priorities simultaneously</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Good IT skills and experience using ERP, WMS, TMS or shipping systems</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">A proactive, hands-on approach and the ability to work independently</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">A Counterbalance Forklift licence would be advantageous, or you'll need to be happy to learn. This is simply to support the wider team when required with moving and preparing orders for despatch.</p>
