Dopo formazione, gestirà richieste, ticket e segnalazioni, intervistando clienti da remoto/telefono e collaborando con i team interni per migliorare la qualità dell’assistenza.

Richiesto Diploma tecnico/elettronico o equivalente, Inglese B1, buona padronanza Office; forte attitudine all’apprendimento e al problem solving.
