Edenred France recherche un(e) Responsable Business Process Owner & Transformation Relation Clients pour piloter la transformation CRM et coordonner les projets stratégiques sur le périmètre France.
Vous managez une équipe d'experts BPO, assurez la gouvernance entre les directions (Marketing, DSI, Expérience Client, DAF, DOP, Commerce) et optimisez les process Relation Client en intégrant l’IA lorsque pertinent.
Le poste est hybride avec 2 jours de télétravail et une rémunération compétitive.;
