LGV Driver Loader

Days of work: Monday to Friday 42.5 hours per week

Start and finish times: 05.30 to 15.00

Pay : £19.87p/h Salary £43,912

Working as part of a crew, you will drive LGV waste collection vehicles, collecting and emptying bins, boxes and bags from householders and carrying out street cleansing activities such as sweeping and litter picking.

Requirements

• Do you hold a valid LGV/HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence?
• Do you hold a valid Driver CPC qualification?
• Do you hold a valid Digital Tachograph Card?
• Do you have previous commercial HGV driving experience?
• Do you have previous experience driving a refuse/waste collection vehicle?
• Are you comfortable carrying out manual handling and waste collection duties?
• Are you able to carry out daily vehicle checks and report any defects?
• Are you confident following planned routes and completing collections safely and efficiently?
